These are the terms and conditions for customers who are purchasing Range Rover vehicles internationally. The international shipping terms, payment terms, and warranty policies apply.
1. Agreement Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services for the importation and exportation of vehicles. By entering into an agreement with us, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms, including our Privacy Policy and any other agreements related to your vehicle import/export transactions.
2. Services We Offer
We specialize in sourcing vehicles from reputable dealers and exporters in markets such as the UK, Japan, and South Africa. Our services include:
- Vehicle Sourcing: We identify and acquire the vehicle that meets your specifications.
- Shipping & Logistics: We arrange the shipping, ensuring full compliance with Kenyan or African import laws.
- Customs & Duty Management: We assist with the necessary customs clearance processes and payment of import duties.
- Inspection & Verification: All vehicles are inspected, with comprehensive reports provided, ensuring transparency.
- Vehicle Registration: We offer assistance with local vehicle registration in your country.
3. Vehicle Specifications & Inspection
Authenticity Assurance: We guarantee that all vehicles meet the specifications agreed upon with our clients. This includes conducting full VIN checks, verifying the vehicle’s history, and ensuring that all specifications are genuine.
Condition & Inspection: All vehicles are thoroughly inspected before shipment. Our team will confirm the condition and provide an accurate report to ensure the vehicle meets the standards.
Warranty & Aftercare: Depending on the vehicle’s manufacturer and age, a warranty may be provided. Our aftercare service includes maintenance support and access to spare parts from trusted dealers.
4. Pricing & Payments
Transparent Pricing: All pricing will be clearly stated, including the vehicle cost, shipping fees, customs charges, and any additional service fees.
Payment Terms: Payments are typically due in full upon confirmation of the vehicle order. We accept various methods of payment, including bank transfers and credit card payments, subject to the terms of our payment gateway.
Currency & Taxes: All payments will be made in the specified currency for each country (USD, EUR, or local currency). The client is responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by local customs.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Times: The estimated delivery time depends on the country of origin and destination. For vehicles imported from the UK, Japan, or South Africa, the typical shipping time ranges from 4 to 8 weeks.
Delivery Charges: Delivery costs vary depending on the type of vehicle, shipping method, and destination. We offer both containerized and roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) shipping options.
Risk of Loss: Upon shipment of the vehicle, we will provide insurance coverage for the transport. The risk of loss or damage during transit is transferred to the buyer once the vehicle is delivered to the port.
6. Client Responsibilities
Accurate Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate details, including vehicle specifications, delivery information, and payment details. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or issues with the delivery.
Customs & Import Duty: The buyer is responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees required by the destination country. We assist with customs clearance but the financial responsibility lies with the buyer.
Inspection on Arrival: Once the vehicle arrives, you are encouraged to inspect the vehicle thoroughly before final registration and payment. Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
7. Vehicle Registration
We assist with the registration of your vehicle in your country, ensuring compliance with local laws. All required documents, including proof of ownership and vehicle inspection reports, will be provided to facilitate smooth registration.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled under special circumstances, such as failure to deliver within the agreed timeframe. In such cases, you may be eligible for a refund, minus any fees for shipping and handling that have already been incurred.
Refund Policy: Refunds are issued under conditions outlined above. Please note that some charges may be non-refundable, such as vehicle inspection fees, processing fees, or shipping costs once the vehicle is in transit.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from delays, loss of vehicle during transit, or incorrect delivery. Our liability is limited to the cost of the vehicle, as stated in the contract.
10. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes or issues arising from our services, we encourage both parties to resolve matters amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled under Kenyan law, and the case may be taken to the relevant courts.
11. Terms for International Transactions
International Sourcing: We facilitate the sourcing of vehicles from established and reliable international dealerships in the UK, Japan, South Africa, and other countries.
Import Restrictions: Some countries may have import restrictions or requirements based on vehicle type, age, or emissions standards. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the vehicle complies with all local regulations.
Currency Exchange: For international transactions, currency exchange rates may apply, and exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final cost.
12. Terms for Local Transactions
Local Vehicle Availability: We also work with local sellers to facilitate the purchase of vehicles within Kenya or other African countries. Vehicles bought locally may not go through the same international process but are still inspected and verified.
Local Warranty: Vehicles purchased locally may come with different warranty terms. The warranty provided by the seller will be valid according to local laws and regulations.
13. Dealer Terms
Dealer Partnerships: If you are a dealer, we offer exclusive partnership opportunities, including access to our international vehicle network and marketing tools.
Vehicle Sourcing for Dealers: We can provide bulk orders for dealerships, ensuring a steady supply of premium vehicles with full transparency on pricing, availability, and timelines.
14. Privacy & Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your personal or vehicle information with third parties without your consent, except as required to complete the transaction. All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
